VIP tier promotions and benefits are determined entirely at mcw55's discretion. Cashback is generally credited to the account on a set day each week. mcw55 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the mcw55 platform:

• Operating an account under the identity of another user or third party.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to disrupt the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Misusing bonuses and promotions — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or third-party identities.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Exploiting any technical faults or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving offensively toward other users.
